Custom Herb Tiles by Stillwater Porcelain

Stillwater’s elegant porcelain herb tiles are sculpted from molds that are created from actual herb plants. Delicate sprigs of marjoram and thyme, fennel with bulbous stems and intricate feathery plumes, the striking colorful flowers of the garlic plant, and the ruffles of parsley leaves are some of the striking bas relief images that are captured on these designer tiles.

Our exquisite handmade herb tiles may be ordered in specific sizes and thicknesses. Customized background colors include off-white, soft green, blue and tan…chosen to compliment countertops, cabinets and walls. Tiles that are washed with background colors (only) accentuate the dramatic textures of the leaves for a subtle and elegant effect. We also offer the herbs hand-painted in color with glazes that are fired into each piece. The painted tile is completed with a matte, shiny, or satin finish. Matching field tile is also available. Because they are made of dense porcelain, our high-quality ceramic tiles are durable, chip resistant and washable.
