Stillwater Porcelain's distinctive look in botanical tile is captured on the covers of our stylish wooden boxes. Made of alderwood, the boxes come with a Colonial Maple finish. The handmade porcelain tiles are sculpted from unique molds, created from real flowers and plants. Realistic, intricate textures on the tiles are hand-painted with colored glazes that are fired into the clay. The result is a spectacular gift of nature, a durable bas relief display of budding branches and New England flora.
Tiles are meticulously glued and grouted onto the hinged cover. Inside, the bottom of the boxes are lined with black velvet peach-board.
Boxes are available with the 4 1/4 " and 6" tile designs (showcased on ourCustom Tile page), special ordered. Some boxes are available in stock (call for details).
Trays are available with 8 1/4" x 12 1/2" tile panels, special ordered. Some trays are available in stock (call for details).
